Meet Jason LeDell✨ Jason LeDell began his journey in property management in 1996 with Professional Rental and Management Corporation. Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles, including co-founding Cherry Development and Legend Realty, and overseeing Regional Operations for RHOME Property Management. Currently, Jason is a partner and investor in the shareDOWNTOWN brand of apartment communities and serves as the Regional Business Development Manager for RHOME, where he leads business development and sales efforts across the U.S. and Canada. He also remains actively involved as a partner and investor in Cherry Development. Jason is a committed member of several professional organizations, including LVR, SDMLS, NNRMLS, NARPM, IREM, and CAI. He serves as a PAC Trustee with the National Association of Residential Property Managers and sits on the boards of both the Nevada Housing Advocacy Coalition and Micro Mobile Homes. Additionally, he is the Past President of the Las Vegas Executives Lions Club.
